Unity Square is a gateway development site located opposite Nottingham Train Station in Nottingham’s southside regeneration zone. In November 2018 a pre-let was agreed for the entirety of phase one to HMRC for a new regional GPU of 275,000 sq. ft. on a 25 year lease. Construction started on site in early 2019 with completion achieved in Q2 2021.
Phase two of Unity Square has outline planning consent and will offer a further development of up to 235,000 sq. ft. on a build to suit basis.
The site is perfectly located within the city centre directly opposite Nottingham’s recently renovated mainline train station with connections to the city’s NET tram system and just minutes away from the city centre and the historic Lace Market. Unity Square has spectacular views of Nottingham’s iconic skyline including Nottingham Castle.
