Ollerton was a sale and lease back deal that we carried out in conjunction with Clipper Logistics.
Sladen Estates purchased the existing building from Clipper and then carried out a 150,000 sq. ft. extension which increased the total size of the building to 357,000 sq. ft. Clipper then entered into a new long term lease on the whole of the property.
The building will be used to service part of their e-commerce contracts for John Lewis, Asda and Wilkinson.
