Park 66 was a mixed use development combining industrial and retail uses. The industrial units were all pre sold prior to completion whilst the retail element of the scheme was pre-let to a range of house hold names.
The scheme was a joint venture between Sladen Estates Ltd and Peveril Securities Ltd
