Red One Seven was situated at Orton Southgate, adjacent to the A1(M) at Junction 17, Peterborough. The scheme was designed to be a single warehouse/industrial unit of 95,215 sq. ft. However, prior to construction the land was sold to the neighbouring occupier for expansion requirements.
The project was a joint venture with Peveril Securities Ltd.
