SaaS software pioneer BIW Technologies has agreed to lease two new office buildings at the Poplars Court development for their expanding company. They will be relocating from Nottingham Science Park into new offices totalling 2,791sqft.
The landscaped courtyard style development has been extremely successful in attracting new occupiers during 2009, testament to the quality and high standards of the scheme.
[Discussing the letting,] Chief Executive of BIW Collin Smith said “We assessed a number of properties during our search however the quality of the design, the high specification and accessible location were key considerations in selecting Poplars Court for our new Nottingham office.”
Ben Taylor, Development Manager at Sladen Estates commenting on the latest deal said “It’s fantastic to secure BIW in two offices at Poplars Court. We spent significant time and cost in ensuring stylish contemporary design with desirable finishes. Evidently this is starting to paying off having agreed the sales and lettings of 3 offices since January and a 4th going under offer this month”.
The scheme is being marketed by Nottingham based Agents Innes England and Fisher Hargreaves Proctor. Ann Segaram, Associate Director at Innes England concluded “This development continues to generate good levels of interest irrespective of the current economic conditions.
