Support specialist ‘netexperts’ has agreed to purchase a new office building at the Poplars Court development for their expanding company.
Poplars Court, the latest office scheme from East Midlands based commercial developer Sladen Estates, is a development of 16 new offices in a landscaped courtyard setting on Lenton Lane in Nottingham.
Discussing the purchase, Chief Executive Officer Keith Williams said “This is a significant step for our expanding business. We evaluated a number of options in planning our move and Poplars Court provided a very rounded solution. Our company operates service and support contracts across the country so good access to the national road network and airports is very important to us. The design and quality of Poplars Court also played a key part in creating the right working environment for both staff and clients when they visit”.
Ben Taylor, Development Manager at Sladen Estates commenting on the latest deal at the scheme said “We are delighted that netexperts have chosen Poplars Court as their new UK office. We have a number of enquiries from IT related sectors and this reflects Nottingham’s growing prominence in this field and the attraction that the design and specification Poplars Court has to hi tech companies”.
With nearly half of the offices already sold or under offer Poplars Court confirms strong demand for well located, accessible and high quality offices around the city. The size range offers diverse companies the opportunity of having their own front door and dedicated car parking while being just minutes from the centre and the national road network.
The offices are available in sizes ranging from 1,387 to 3,244 sq.ft. and offer occupiers the flexibility of either freehold, leasehold or ‘flexi let’ – a new option from the developer with inclusive rental terms from just six months.
The scheme is being marketed by Nottingham based agents Innes England. Ann Segaram concluded “Poplars Court is generating interest from companies who understand that the quality of design and materials in a building can reflect how their organisations are perceived. It projects a message of strength and substance to both clients and suppliers. This has never been more important than in the current economic climate where demonstrating stability is paramount. The flexibility of the building layouts and the use of modern, energy efficient construction is also appealing as companies look to manage operating costs.”
