Property developers Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities have added an Italian flavour to the fast growing restaurant selection in Hampton, Peterborough.
Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities are delighted to announce the completion of Bella Italia’s new unit at Pavilions West, which is situated within the successful Cygnet Business Park.
Chief executive at Sladen Estates Nick Sladen said the new unit was a great addition to the leisure offer in Hampton.
He said: “We’re thrilled to have worked on the development of Bella Italia at Hampton and are really looking forward to seeing it open.
“Our work on site is now finished and Bella Italia have almost completed their fit out works ahead of their opening at the end of September.”
The new restaurant is 3,500 sq ft and sits alongside a selection of other restaurants in the new development.
Nick added: “Bella Italia took the final unit on the successful Pavilions West restaurant development, which is already home to Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquitos and Harvester.
“By adding an Italian offering to the mix there is now a great selection of places to eat and drink in Hampton, not only for those working locally who might want a business lunch but also for shoppers, families and students alike.
“The restaurant complex is extremely welcoming and family-friendly and we’re very pleased to have played a key role in its development.”
